My job is to guide leaders through their transformations that will allow them to create the type of cultures their teams want and need —understanding the need for diversity in hiring practices and community engagement while creating safe spaces for honest and helpful feedback. By modeling inclusive behaviors, I design places where everybody feels seen, heard, and valued, whether they are a customer, client, employee, executive, or a community partner.
